A service release will be deployed at approximately 10 AM CST Tuesday to update the Java WebStart security certificate.
This update will affect customers running Scanalyzer, XchangER (a.k.a., ERA) and HealthEMS Mobile users where Mobile was installed using Java WebStart (.jnlp file). Customers who installed Mobile using the new installer (.MSI) will not be affected. The HealthEMS website will also not be affected.
No down time is expected with this deploy. However, new files will be downloaded when the affected applications are launched online for the first time after the deploy. Customers having difficulty launching their applications after the deploy may need to download and install the latest version of Java.
Access to HealthEMS® is for customers of Sansio only and requires a unique User Name and Password. If you are having problems logging in please contact us. If you do not have a User Name and Password, please contact your site Administrator. To access this site you must have session cookies enabled.
